Customer centricity is core to Ray’s belief that one must always stand for one’s product. His strength is in selling with the customer in mind to understand product-fit. He believes the only way to introduce niche products is to observe trends in the industries. His relationships span across purchasing, logistics, business development, marketing, and customer service.
Throughout the years, Ray has developed a strong network with major accounts in the food industry and has introduced new products that have proven to be very successful. As a veteran in the sales industry, he mentors merchandisers in sales strategy and product development.

Greg Tolver is a visionary executive with more than 40 years’ experience in wholesale to retail sales and marketing. In addition to his current role as a vendor representative since 1985, Greg’s business and professional resume includes service in the United States Navy and at Frito Lay as district manager for Frito Lay, Inc. and as a general sales manager for Pepsi Co. Greg served in management positions with major corporate retailers including the U.S. military supply vendor rep for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCa) commissary grocery stores.
Greg’s expertise includes product and program launch, brand creation and celebrity endorsements. He works closely with the client to build strong business relationships. He assists the client in identifying and utilizing strategic marketing techniques to help expand client product distribution and maximum sales and clients’ products and services to reach full growth potential.
Greg is a graduate of Long Beach State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing & Business Mgt.
Tom Levenick has served in multiple Vice President level leadership roles with companies such as The Winterbrook Beverage Group, Coors Brewing Company and Labatt USA, prior to his current role as President of Global Sales at PowerPlay. Tom is a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership, the Wharton Business School and is the only three-time, back to back winner of the Adolph Coors Key Man Award.
Tom graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from The Ohio State University in 1984. He is a former Ohio State football player, having played for Woody Hayes and Earle Bruce and in three bowl games – The Gator Bowl, Rose Bowl and Fiesta Bowl. He also was a finisher in the 1989 Hawaiian Ironman Triathlon World Championship.
Tom has used many of the philosophies and experiences from his book, “Buckeyes for Life” as a springboard to success in business. Tom is also a motivational Speaker, having found his new life’s purpose, which is inspiring others to live in theirs.
Debbie has a passion for people and building connections in the community. She is originally from Kansas where she earned her degree in Business and Marketing at the University of Kansas
Pursuing her business career led her to Northwest Arkansas in 2003. Debbie has over 18+ years of selling experience to Mass and Club and has a strong background in sales, analytics, category management, and negotiation. She has worked for large CPG companies and start-up companies.
Caleb will be handling the records, stock certificate and transfers and any other duties given by the board of directors.
